Responding to customer support inquiries as quickly and accurately as possible via phone, chat, and email.
Manage, process, and track customer service request to ensure accuracy and timely service completion of service and projects (customer account management).
Coordinate with management and field staff to ensure quality and timely services
Plan site inspections and prepare quotations as per the clients' requirement
Inspecting and testing materials, equipment, processes, and products to ensure quality specifications are met.
Ensuring that workflows, processes, and products comply with safety regulations.
Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering with at least 1 year experience
Good communicator and comfortable talking to customers on the phone.
Planning, execution and problem-solving skills are required.
Knowledge of Google Drive, Social Media management ( Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Viber)
